- Waiter:
- Provide outstanding service to guests.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any inquiries.
- Chef:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Hostess:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Bartender:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests.
- Create and suggest drink menus.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
